Falcon Tours – Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified at the time of booking.

2. Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal, online payment link, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon.

3. Tour Inclusions and Exclusions

Details of what is included and excluded in each tour are specified in the tour description.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the tour requirements, including health, fitness, and visa regulations.

5. Liability

Falcon Tours is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

6. Changes to Itinerary

Falcon Tours reserves the right to make changes to the tour itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Insurance Coverage

  • Covered Activities: Falcon Tours provides comprehensive insurance coverage for travelers while they are inside our vehicles during transportation.

  • Excluded Activities: Our insurance does not cover activities outside our vehicles, including but not limited to:

    • Camel rides

    • Sandboarding

    • ATV or quad bike rides

    • Swimming

    • Water sports activities

    • Fishing trips

    • Cruising trips

Participants engaging in these activities do so at their own risk.
Recommendation: We strongly recommend that all travelers obtain comprehensive international travel insurance that covers medical expenses, personal accidents, and activities not covered by our policy.

8. Shared Tour Pickup Policy

For shared tours, the tour guide will arrange and communicate the specific pickup time in advance. Participants must be ready at the designated pickup location at the scheduled time. Due to the nature of shared tours and to respect the schedule of all participants, the guide cannot wait for late arrivals. Failure to be present at the pickup time will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be provided.

9. Personal Belongings and Lost Items

We strongly advise all participants not to bring valuable items to the desert or on any tour. Falcon Tours is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the tour. Please ensure that you have all your personal items with you before leaving our vehicles. Any items left behind in our vehicles will incur an additional charge for delivery to your hotel or designated location.

10. Health and Safety Restrictions

For the safety and well-being of all participants, Falcon Tours strictly prohibits the participation of:

  • Children under the age of 3 years

  • Pregnant women

  • Individuals with:

    • Back or neck problems

    • Heart conditions

    • Recent fractures or broken bones

Engaging in our tours despite these restrictions is at your own risk. Falcon Tours will not be held responsible for any injuries, health complications, or accidents that may occur as a result of non-compliance with these guidelines.

11. Vehicle Capacity and Insurance Compliance

Our insurance coverage is valid only for the number of passengers that correspond to the seating capacity of our vehicles. Bringing additional passengers beyond the designated seating configuration is strictly prohibited. In the event that more passengers are brought than the vehicle's seating capacity allows, our insurance coverage will be voided for all occupants. Please adhere strictly to the specified number of passengers to ensure safety and compliance with insurance regulations.

12. Tour Duration and Traffic Considerations

All tour durations provided are approximate and include estimated travel time. Actual travel times may vary depending on traffic conditions. Please be aware that traffic congestion can affect the overall duration of the tour. Falcon Tours is not responsible for delays caused by traffic conditions.

13. Cancellation Policy

  • Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours (2 days) before the scheduled tour start time.

  • 50% refund for cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the tour start time.

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour start time or in case of no-show.

  • If Falcon Tours cancels a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or have the option to reschedule.

  • For shared tours, if you miss your arranged pickup and the guide leaves, it will be considered a no-show with no refund, as this affects other travelers' schedules.

  • Changes to your booking date or tour type are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the original tour date. Changes made less than 48 hours before the tour may be treated as cancellations and are subject to the above refund terms.
