​Cancellation Policy | Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

By confirming your booking with Falcon Tours Qatar, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined herein. A booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of the booking form and full payment.

2. Payment Terms

• Full Payment: Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

• Payment Methods:

  • Online Payment Link: Clients will receive a secure payment link to complete their payment online.

  • PayPal: Payments can be made via PayPal. Please contact us for our PayPal details.

  • Cash Payment: Clients may choose to pay the full amount in cash directly to the guide at the start of the tour.

3. Insurance Coverage

• Included Coverage: Our basic insurance covers passengers during travel in our vehicles.

• Excluded Activities: Insurance does not cover accidents during camel rides, quad biking, or sandboarding.

• Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing international travel insurance that includes coverage for these activities.

4. Age Restrictions

• Camel Rides: Children under 18 years old are not permitted to ride camels alone. They may ride with an adult.

• Quad Biking: Participants must be aged 16–60 years to ride ATVs. Children under 16 are not permitted to ride desert bikes on their own. They may ride with an adult.

5. Cancellation Policy | Terms and Conditions

If you wish to cancel your booking, please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges are as follows:

• 48 hours or more before departure: Full refund.

• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% of total tour cost.

• Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No refund.

Note: For group bookings or special events, different Cancellation Policy | Terms and Conditions may apply. These will be communicated at the time of booking.

6. Amendments

• By the Client: Any amendments to the booking must be requested in writing. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

• By Falcon Tours Qatar: We reserve the right to amend the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer alternatives of equal value or a full refund.

7. No Show

Failure to arrive at the designated pickup location at the specified time will be considered a no-show. No refunds will be provided in such cases.

8. Force Majeure

Falcon Tours Qatar shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.

9. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all clients obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical expenses, and loss of personal belongings.

10. Liability

Falcon Tours Qatar is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the tour. Clients participate at their own risk.

11. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar.

1. Client-Initiated Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your tour, please notify us as soon as possible. The following cancellation fees apply:

• 48 hours or more before departure: Full refund.

• 24–48 hours before departure: 50% of total tour cost.

• Less than 24 hours before departure or no-show: No refund.

2. Tour-Initiated Cancellations

In the unlikely event that Falcon Tours Qatar must cancel a tour due to insufficient bookings or other operational reasons, clients will be offered:

• A full refund of all payments made.

• An alternative tour of equal value.

3. Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within [specify number of days] days of cancellation. The method of refund will be the same as the original payment method.
